Payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay). Orders will only be dispatched upon successful payment confirmation.

 

5. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are dispatched usually on the next business day following order placement. Standard delivery timelines are approximately 3 working days within Kerala and 3 to 7 working days for the rest of India. Customers are responsible for answering calls from delivery agents to ensure successful delivery. For urgent order requests, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing an order.

All returns, replacements, and refund claims are strictly governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Returns are accepted only for physically damaged or incorrect items and require a continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the start of opening the parcel.
